Liquore Chinotto Nero (50cl)

A chinotto liqueur made by Muyu, inspired by Ligurian tradition and bottled in a 50cl bottle. The chinotto fruit is harvested at the right degree of ripeness. On the nose it opens with fruity and citrus notes, softened by a light herbal and spicy hint. The palate is enveloping and decisive, with a savoury-bitter balance harmonised with sweetness and a long persistence of rhubarb and bitter almond.
