Liquore Elisir Rabarbaro Bordiga (70cl)

An artisanal rhubarb liqueur from Bordiga, made with selected rhubarb roots grown in Piedmont. The roots are macerated in alcohol, then refined to give a soft, velvety texture. The nose shows herbal, fresh root, spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it balances bitter and sweet, with a persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat or with ice, or used in classic and innovative cocktails.
