Liquore Elisir Sambuco Bordiga (70cl)

An artisan elderberry liqueur from Bordiga, produced in Piedmont. It is made by macerating elderberries, followed by slow distillation, and has a bright amber colour. The aroma is intense and balanced, with floral and slightly fruity elderberry notes, enveloping sweetness and a fresh, persistent finish. It can be served chilled as a refined aperitif or used in original cocktails, and also pairs with light desserts and fresh cheeses.
