Liquore Genepy delle Alpi - Bordiga (70cl)

Liquore Genepy delle Alpi from Bordiga is made from genepy, a wild plant growing on the Alpine slopes. It has an aromatic profile with fresh alpine herb notes, balsamic hints and a pleasant herbal bitterness with mountain flower nuances. It is distilled by hand and aged in small casks. Serve as a digestif after a meal; it pairs with chocolate desserts or regional mountain dishes such as aged cheeses.
