Liquore Genepy Secco - Bordiga (70cl)

A dry genepy liqueur from Bordiga, made in the Alps by infusing flowering genepì tops in high-quality alcohol, then distilling. It is clear, light in structure but well defined. The palate is dry, balanced by an aromatic bouquet of alpine herbs, mint and a hint of citrus, giving freshness and persistence. It can be enjoyed neat or in sophisticated cocktails, and pairs with aged cheeses or mushroom dishes.
