A liqueur from Liquori dell'Etna, made in Sicily near Mount Etna using selected apples grown in volcanic soils.
It has a bright yellow colour, with an enveloping aroma of ripe apples, light citrus and floral notes. On the palate it balances natural sweetness with a light acidity.
It is suited as a digestif or as an ingredient in cocktails, and pairs with fruit desserts or aged cheeses.
