A red bilberry liqueur from Distilleria Caselli, produced in Lombardy from wild red bilberries. It has an intense ruby colour, with fresh woodland aromas and fruity, slightly herbaceous nuances. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, balancing the tartness of the bilberry with the alcoholic base. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or with chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
