Liquore Prugna Giarola (70cl)

A plum liqueur from Giarola, made by slowly infusing carefully selected plums to preserve their natural sweetness. It balances fruity softness with a slightly tannic finish typical of ripe plums. The liqueur has an intense amber colour, enriched by notes of dried fruit and light spice. Its texture is velvety, with an enveloping bouquet. It works as a digestif and pairs with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
