Liquori dell'Etna Liquore Pera Coscia (50cl)

A liqueur from Liquori dell'Etna, made with the Coscia pear variety from the fertile slopes of Etna. The pears are infused with alcohol and sugar to extract the aromas of the ripe fruit. It has a straw-yellow colour, with enveloping aromas of fresh pear, floral hints and a light spiciness. On the palate it is soft, with balanced sweetness and a clean, persistent finish. It works as a digestif, with Sicilian desserts such as cassata or cannoli, in cocktails, or with aged cheeses.
