Lismore 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, matured for fifteen years in oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It is amber in the glass. The nose brings salty roasted nuts, apricot marmalade and floral honey. The palate is medium to full and supple, dry yet fruity, with raisin toast, brown spice and custard. The finish is robust but delicate, with a whisper of spicy chutney and dark, muddled fruit.
