Little Book Chapter 10 'All the Wiser'

Little Book Chapter 10, 'All the Wiser', is the tenth annual release in the Little Book series, a blend of straight whiskeys created by Freddie Noe, eighth generation Beam distiller. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered. The name marks the experience gained over ten chapters of the series, and the blend brings together mature whiskey stocks with grain character, toasted oak and caramel sweetness. The nose offers caramelised sugar, toasted oak, vanilla bean, baking spice, roasted nuts and dark honey. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, cinnamon, brown sugar, charred oak, leather and candied fruit. The finish is long and warming, with oak spice, caramel, tobacco leaf and vanilla.
