Little Book Chapter 9: None for Granted

Little Book Chapter 9, None for Granted, is a 2025 limited-edition release in the Little Book series, created by Freddie Noe, an eighth-generation Beam distiller. It was produced at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. The whiskey blends five components: an 11-year Kentucky straight bourbon, an 8-year Kentucky straight rye, an 8-year Kentucky straight bourbon and a 7-year Kentucky straight bourbon in two parts. It is bottled at cask strength and unfiltered, and pays tribute to the sweet, oaky and spiced flavours behind American whiskey. The colour is deep copper, the nose ripe apple, butterscotch and baking spices, and the palate brown sweets, vanilla, caramel and plenty of oak.
