Little Book Chapter 9: None For Granted (75cl, 60.9%)

Little Book Chapter 9: None For Granted is Freddie Noe's 2025 annual release, a cask-strength blend of five Jim Beam-distilled Kentucky whiskeys. It is bottled at 60.9%, uncut and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle. The blend brings together an 11-year-old bourbon, an 8-year-old rye, an 8-year-old bourbon with brown rice in the mash bill, and two 7-year-old bourbons, one of them fermented for five days instead of three. It is meant as an homage to the founding flavours of American whiskey. The nose offers butterscotch, scorched caramel, baking spice and ripe apple. The palate brings peppermint, clove, chocolate, toasted walnut, brown banana and black pepper. The finish is long and minty, with saddle leather.
