Little Book Edition 2: The Infinite (75cl, 60.4%)

Little Book The Infinite Edition II is the 2025 second release in Freddie Noe's Infinite series, a bourbon blend bottled uncut and unfiltered at 60.4% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Each edition carries part of the previous blend forward. This one combines Kentucky straight bourbons aged 22, 10 and 7 years, drawn from three generations of the Noe family of master distillers, with a portion of Edition I. The 7-year-old component was made with extended fermentation. The colour is burnt copper. Fresh apple and pear lead the nose, followed by caramel and char. The palate is rich with vanilla, caramel and apple and a hint of dark stone fruit, and the finish is warm and lingering with mature oak and char.
