Little Book 'None For Granted' is Chapter 9 of the Little Book series, a blended straight whisky from Kentucky released in 2025, in a 750ml bottle. It was created by Freddie Noe, eighth-generation master distiller at Fred B. Noe Distillery.
Chapter 9 looks back several decades to the flavours that shaped modern American whiskey: brown sweets, the warmth of vanilla, creamy caramel and big oak. After trying several blends, Noe settled on a profile made from five whiskeys, giving a viscous, golden liquid.
It is described as showing ripe apple, butterscotch and baking spice.
