Little Book – The Infinite Edition 2 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 60.4%)

The second edition of Little Book's Infinite line, a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 60.4% ABV. It begins with a portion of Edition I, to which three bourbons from three generations of the Noe family are added: a 22-year-old from Booker Noe, a 10-year-old from Fred Noe and a 7-year-old from Freddie Noe, made with an extended fermentation. A portion of the blend is bottled each year and new whiskeys are added to shape the next edition. The colour is burnt copper. The nose is fresh apple and pear with caramel and char. The palate is rich vanilla, caramel and apple with subtle dark stone fruit, and the warm finish carries mature oak and char.
