Littlemill 1989 is a 30 year old Lowland single malt bottled by Aqua Vitae at 48.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a hogshead and filled to 280 bottles. The label artwork is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's "The Battle of Anghiari".
The nose offers ripe mango, dried apricot, citrus zest and red berries, with subtle oak, cinnamon and thyme. The palate pairs lemon sherbet with oak, floral notes, a creamy texture and vanilla. The finish is long, with oak and zesty citrus.
