Littlemill 1991 is a 31-year-old Lowland single malt from the closed Littlemill distillery. Cadenhead's bottled it in winter 2022 at 47.6% ABV, with an outturn of 192 bottles. Its maturation includes an Oloroso sherry finish.
The nose brings ripe peach, red berries and oak. Baked apple, dark chocolate and toasted almonds follow on the palate, with vanilla bean and sweet tobacco on the finish.
