Live Aperitivo (1L)

An Italian-style aperitif with a bright colour and an aroma of ripe citrus and light herbal notes. The nose is clear but not intrusive, balancing soft sweetness with gentle bitterness. The palate is fresh, with good acidity and a slender, savoury sip with citrus returns and a bright, clean bitter finish. Best served well chilled, lengthened with soda or over ice, alongside light snacks, grilled vegetables, mild cured meats and light fried foods.
