Living Souls 15 Year Old Solera System Batch #2 Blended Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

This is Batch #2 of the Living Souls 15 year old solera blend, a Scottish blended whisky bottled in 2025 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It continues the brand's perpetual solera programme. The blend is built on Glenrothes and Deanston single malts with North British single grain that was matured in red wine casks. The whisky is continuously married in sherry butts, which adds oxidative wood character across the batch. It is typically described as showing strawberry laces, salted toffee and dark juicy cherries, ending with a hint of coastal salinity and dry sherry wood tannins.
