Livio Felluga Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali Friuliani DOC (12.5%)

A white wine from Livio Felluga, made from the Ribolla Gialla grape in Colli Orientali Friuliani. It shows a pale yellow colour with bright reflections, with aromas of white flowers, white peach, citrus and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with acidity and savouriness in harmony and a gentle texture that makes it easy to drink. The finish is clean and persistent. It suits seafood starters, raw fish, fish or vegetable pasta dishes and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Best served cool in a not too wide glass, and enjoyed within a few years of release.
