This is a 12 year old single malt from Loch Lomond, released as Remarkable #1 and bottled by the distillery itself at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Loch Lomond was founded in 1966 and is unusual in Scotland for producing both malt and grain whisky on the same site, so it can also offer a single blend. Its single malts appear under a number of names, including Inchmurrin, Inchmoan and Croftengea, each with a character of its own.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
