Loch Lomond 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in oak casks and bottled at 46%. Loch Lomond is one of the few Scottish distilleries producing malt, grain and blended whisky under one roof. The nose has old oak furniture and tobacco, with sweet notes of honeyed cereal. On the palate are nutty brown bread spread with blackcurrant jam and a gentle smokiness. The finish is lingering, with balanced peat that is noticeable but never overpowering.
