This is an 18 year old single malt from Loch Lomond, bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered. It was aged in three types of American oak cask and brought together by master blender Michael Henry.
The nose pairs green apple and grapefruit with honeysuckle and mature oak. On the palate, toasted oak and cigar box give way to green fruits, apple and gooseberry.
The finish is long, with dried tea and tobacco leaf balanced by soft medicinal peat and wood smoke.
