Loch Lomond 30 Year Old is an unpeated Highland single malt in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled at 47% without chill filtration and with no added colour.
The whisky was matured for 30 years in American oak, with half of it finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. It comes from the distillery's straight-neck stills and was blended under Master Blender Michael Henry as a 2020 release.
The nose is honeyed, with peach, melon and vanilla and a thread of cinnamon. The palate is rich and warming, with green apple, toffee, pineapple, ginger and nutmeg. The finish is long, with kiwi, gooseberry and drying sherry spice.
