This is a 30 year old single malt from Loch Lomond, bottled at 47% vol.
Three decades of maturation have produced a whisky with the fruity character Loch Lomond is known for, together with fine hints of smoke.
The nose is gently spicy and very fruity, with juicy peach, melon, creamy honey, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla. The palate brings green apple, pineapple and sweet caramel, with restrained nutmeg and ginger. The finish is silky and very long, with kiwi, gooseberry and citrus.
