An exclusive Tour Edition from the Remarkable Society, this is an eight year old single malt from Loch Lomond. It was distilled in 2018 in swan-neck pot stills and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 58% ABV.
The whole eight years were spent in a second-fill Manzanilla butt, cask 3652, and the edition is 478 bottles. It was bottled without added colour or chill-filtration.
Manzanilla is a dry style of sherry, and its influence here is clear and rather floral. Floral and fruity wine notes sit alongside dry plum and date, while salted caramel adds a sweet and salty note.
