Loch Lomond Original is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, an original bottling at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak casks, and colouring is added and it is chill-filtered.
The whisky is described as soft and full-bodied, easy to drink, with sweet honey and citrus notes and a gentle hint of smoke.
On the palate it is malty, with golden biscuit, light fruit, peach, pear, a touch of orange and creamy vanilla. The finish is medium in length with a little soft smoke.
