The Nine #1 is a single cask Loch Lomond single malt from the Highlands, bottled at 58.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The Nine series reflects the nine single malt styles the distillery can produce.
The spirit was distilled in straight-neck stills and matured in a refill bourbon barrel, followed by a 12-month finish in a first-fill Sauternes hogshead. The cask is described as showing Loch Lomond's fruity style alongside traditional aromas. The whisky is bottled without added colour and is not chill-filtered.
