This is a single cask Loch Lomond from The Nine series, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023 at a cask strength of 55.2% ABV. It matured in a first-fill Limousin oak hogshead, and 262 bottles were filled. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
The notes describe a fruity whisky with caramelised pineapple, fresh apple juice, melted brown sugar and creamy vanilla fudge, with a touch of lemon sorbet and stewed pears. The finish brings toffee sweetness and a hint of ground ginger.
