Loch Lomond – The Open Red Special Edition (75cl, 46%)

Loch Lomond The Open Red is a special edition single malt made in partnership with Scottish golfer Colin Montgomerie. It is distilled using both the distillery's straight neck stills and traditional pot stills, and comes in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV. The whisky is matured in three types of American oak cask and finished in virgin American oak. It is non-chill filtered. The nose offers caramel, toffee, poached pear and red apple. The palate is chewy toffee, green apple, apricot jam and lemon citrus, and the finish is toasted oak with gentle smoke, warming cinnamon and clove.
