Lochlea 2020 Single Cask #123 is a three-year-old Lowland single malt Scotch whisky made with farm-grown barley. Distilled on 12 February 2020 and bottled on 7 March 2023, it matured entirely in an ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red-wine hogshead. The cask yielded 423 bottles at 61.4% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
Strawberry jam, summer berries and blackcurrant meet creamy vanilla and toasted grain, followed by a gentle finish of warming cinnamon and black pepper.
