Lochlea 7 Year Old is a limited-edition single malt, bottled at 50% ABV. It was matured entirely in seven hand-selected first-fill Bourbon casks from 2018 and kept in traditional dunnage warehouses.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no colour added.
The nose is creamy and fatty, with stewed apples. The palate brings tropical fruit, fresh oak and a touch of apple. The finish is long, with buttery pastry, cereal notes, warming spice and slices of tart green apple.
