Sowing Edition First Crop is the second release from Lochlea, dated 2022 and bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from spring around the distillery, when the seed that becomes the year's barley harvest is sown. True to its spring theme, it is light and refreshing on the palate, with pears, butter biscuits, raspberry and green apples.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
