Big Catch is a Colorado bourbon from Locke + Co. Distilling, bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskey was aged for over two years in new 53-gallon Missouri oak barrels, then finished with charred aspen wood discs, both previously used and new. The label artwork was created with artist Garrison Doctor and RepYourWater, and the bottle has a trout theme.
