Longmorn 30 Year is a Speyside single malt matured for three decades in American oak barrels and sherry casks. It is bottled at natural cask strength, 53% (106 proof), in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration or added colour.
It is typically described as having baked pear, stewed apple, vanilla custard, honeycomb and toasted almond on the nose. The palate is silky and full-bodied, with caramelised stone fruit, dark chocolate, nutmeg and orange zest, and the finish is very long with spice, dried fig and warm oak.
