Longrow 15 Year Old Red is a Campbeltown single malt from the Longrow range of the Springbank Distillery, bottled in 2022 at 51.4% in a 70cl bottle. Production was 9,400 bottles.
The whisky spent 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by 4 years in fresh Pinot Noir barriques.
On the nose it shows red berries, dried raisin and subtle oak. The palate brings red fruits, modest peat and light vanilla, and the finish is long, with a little smoke and berry sweetness.
