Longrow 18 Year Old is the 2024 release of the heavily peated Campbeltown single malt made at Springbank. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
The whisky was matured in 90% sherry casks and 10% port casks.
The nose brings blackberry jam, walnuts, liquorice and gentle maritime peat smoke. On the palate are Black Forest gateau, dark chocolate ganache, maraschino cherries and dates. The finish is long and warming, with roasted coffee beans, sea salt and campfire smoke.
