Longrow 21 Year Old 2023 (70cl, 46%)

Longrow 21 Year Old is a heavily peated Campbeltown single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Longrow began in 1973, when Springbank chairman Hedley Wright produced an Islay-style malt on the mainland, and it has been bottled once a year since 1989. The smoke comes from malt dried over Islay peat for two days, and the whisky is distilled twice. The original Longrow distillery was founded in 1824 by John Beith & Co and closed after a little more than 70 years; the single malt comes from a different line.
