Longrow 21 Year Old 2023 is a heavily peated, double-distilled single malt from Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. Its malt is dried over peat smoke for 48 hours. This limited release comprises 3,600 bottles, with maturation divided between sherry casks at 60% and bourbon casks at 40%.
Bacon, charred edges, mango and toffee lead into green apple, cooked berries and hickory smoke, followed by vanilla and hazelnut. The long finish brings orange oil, coal, floral malt and star anise.
