Longrow 21 Year Old is a peated single malt from Campbeltown, made at Springbank. This is the October 2023 bottling, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration. Its colour is dark amber.
The whisky was matured in 65% sherry casks and 35% bourbon casks.
The nose brings beach bonfire, roasted hazelnuts, dark berries and cedar. The palate is sweet and complex, unfolding slowly with warming spice, maritime notes, smoke and Havana tobacco.
