Longrow 8 Year Old is a peated Campbeltown single malt, bottled at 54.9% ABV in a 35cl bottle for the Springbank Open Day on 25 May 2023. Only 2000 bottles were produced.
The whisky was matured in four fresh Oloroso hogsheads.
The nose is intense smoke woven with rich Oloroso sweetness. On the palate, sweet fruity tones are balanced by firm peat. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering smoky sweetness.
