A heavy peat character sits alongside barley sugars and subtle spices.
The nose is ripe apple and dried apricot, with cinnamon and toasted oak. On the palate, peat smoke is balanced by toffee and dark chocolate, with a hint of salted caramel. The finish is long and smoky-sweet, with roasted coffee bean and a warm, lingering aftertaste.
