Longrow Peated Campbeltown Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Longrow Peated is a Campbeltown single malt from the Springbank distillery, one of the few distilleries still in family hands. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring. The nose sets salt against leathery smoke, a maritime pairing. The palate begins light and sweet, with white grapes and fresh rhubarb, before a large wave of smoke arrives. The finish stays salty and smoky for a long time.
