This is a blended Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is triple distilled and combines all three styles of Irish whiskey: grain, malt and pot still.
The casks were collected from six continents. They include South African brandy, Japanese Mizunara oak, European sherry, US bourbon, Caribbean rum, Australian tawny and Colombian rum.
Each style has its part in the blend: grain gives sweetness, malt adds fruitiness, and pot still contributes spice and cream.
