Louis Roederer Collection 247 Brut (37.5cl)

Collection 247 is a multi-vintage Champagne from Louis Roederer, in a 37.5cl half bottle. It belongs to the Collection series, which follows the Brut Premier and is built on a balanced blend and respectful viticulture. The blend is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a majority of wine from the recent harvest completed by reserve wines, some of them partly aged in oak for depth and texture. The mousse is fine. The attack is fruity and lively, followed by a round, balanced texture with ripe citrus and white fruit. The finish is fresh, with a discreet saline note.
