Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2012 Champagne Magnum (1.5L)

Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2012 is a rosé Champagne in a 150cl magnum. It is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, and its colour comes from skin maceration, with the Pinot Noir skins left in contact with the must for several hours before pressing. Some of the Pinot Noir comes from the house's oldest vines, which give very ripe grapes with concentrated aroma. The colour is salmon with golden hints. The nose shows concentrated red berries that open in the glass, and the palate is rich and deep, with cherry, plum and almond. The finish is soft and long.
