Lugana DOC Colli Vaibò

A white wine from the southern shores of Lake Garda, made mainly from Trebbiano di Lugana and produced under DOC rules. The grapes are hand harvested, with careful temperature control during vinification. It is pale straw yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections, and has intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, floral notes and a light mineral touch reminiscent of flint. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with fresh acidity, a medium-full structure and a long, aromatic finish with citrus and slight sapidity. It suits aperitifs, light starters, fish and poultry dishes.
