Lugana DOC I Frati Cà dei Frati

A white wine from Cà dei Frati, made exclusively from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes selected and hand-harvested in the early morning. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by maturation on fine lees for some months. It has a clear straw-yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose offers fresh citrus, green apple and a delicate almond note, with floral nuances and a light mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly acidic, balanced by good structure, with notable aromatic persistence and a clean, refreshing sensation.
