Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, it begins with 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from high-elevation fields where sunlight and volcanic soils promote rich, concentrated flavours. The agave piñas are harvested at optimal maturity and slow-cooked to unlock natural sugars before fermentation and distillation in copper stills. This blanco expression is bottled unaged or rested only briefly.
